How soon should I expect my order to ship?
I usually ship orders within 3-5 business days, and most orders are fulfilled in less than a week. If lead times ever go beyond 2 weeks, I’ll put a banner on the website to let you know—so if you don’t see one, you can expect your order to be processed sooner than that!
Your order will show a "Pending" status until it ships, but don’t worry—that just means it’s in the queue and being worked on. If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out!

What courier is used for international shipping?
I ship international orders using UPS or USPS. If you choose USPS, your package will be handed off to your local courier service once it reaches your country (for example, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, etc.).
Currently, I have the checkout squared away for Canadian orders so you can select either USPS or UPS during checkout.If you have a preference between USPS (local delivery service) or UPS, especially to make customs clearance easier for you, just let me know! Is the Honeycomb Bravo the only thing Blackbird Supports?
Just as a starting point. The Honeycomb Bravo is an excellent platform for custom items because it's one of the only platforms that was quite literally designed by the manufacturer to be modified.
More products will come online as Blackbird Controls grows, that includes other mods and entire standalone peripherals. -

I reached out to support, but didn't get a response! Help!
I answer all emails Monday through Friday within 24 hours, so if you haven’t seen a reply yet, there’s a good chance it’s in your spam folder. Email systems aren’t great at recognizing that a legitimate business response isn’t spam, and I’ve had several customers send me the same question daily—even though I replied to every single one. So, please take a moment to check your spam folder.
