Blackbird Controls Return Policy
At Blackbird Controls, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, our return policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products showing signs of obvious customer damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@blackbirdcontrols.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if there is a problem with the product.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Blackbird Controls is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Deductions for Damage: If the item shows signs of damage caused by the customer, the refund will be reduced by the lost value of the product, up to and including the total loss.
Refund Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please contact our support team at support@blackbirdcontrols.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
